Yes, every rental includes end-to-end delivery to your venue, professional cable routing, equipment setup, and rigorous sound checking prior to your event start time. After the event concludes, our crew safely packs and collects all gear.

Dedicated sound engineers and AV technicians are available on request to operate mixing consoles, monitor wireless microphones, and manage video displays throughout your event [CLIENT TO CONFIRM]. Mention your technician requirements in the quote request.

For basic sound and microphone packages, standard 16A wall outlets are sufficient. For larger setups involving line arrays, heavy backline, and LED video walls, dedicated 3-phase power or a backup generator (silent DG) is recommended. Our team coordinates directly with your venue manager.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on notice provided prior to the event date [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: insert client cancellation fee timeline, e.g. 50% deposit refundable if cancelled 7+ days prior]. Contact us as soon as possible if your event dates change.

We operate from the City Centre area of each city: Hyderabad (covering Hitec City, Jubilee Hills, Secunderabad, etc.), Bangalore (MG Road, Koramangala, Whitefield, etc.), and Mumbai (South Mumbai, BKC, Bandra, Andheri, Navi Mumbai, etc.). Inter-city and outstation event setups can also be arranged upon request.
